Assembly plant for medical technology

This system is designed for the automatic assembly and packaging of urine cups. These are processed in three variants:

• 1.5 Packs of urine jars with lid in plastic bag
• 2.5 pieces of urine cup with dome cover and adapter packed in foil bag
• 3.5 x 10 pieces of urine cups are packed in foil bags and labelled.

The urine cups are taken from a spraying machine in a 6-fold combination and delivered to the assembly and packaging installation. The screw caps and the adapters go manually to a sorting device. Six cups are produced every 4.5 seconds.
